Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in our program, you must meet one of the following requirements:

• You have not been arrested, incarcerated, or on probation or parole in the past 3 years, or
• You have never been found guilty of an adult offense.

You must also meet all of the following requirements:

• You have no pending or unresolved charges.
• Your offenses are in the State of Delaware.
