The Delaware Department of Labor will be closed on Tuesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December 25th, in observance of the Christmas holiday. The Department of Labor can collect minimum wages on behalf of Delaware workers. Effective January 1, 2024 Delaware’s minimum hourly wage rate is $13.25.
Delaware’s minimum hourly wage will increase to $15.00 on January 1, 2025.
