The Forward Delaware Program provides workforce training in the following industries: healthcare, construction, logistics & transportation. Each industry focuses on upskilling workers to move forward in their careers, whether training for management, research, production, support service positions, etc. The overall goal is to expand each worker’s skill level in their industry and support employers building upon their workforce.
Healthcare
This industry is focused on planning, managing, and providing therapeutic services, diagnostic services, health informatics, support services, and biotechnology research and development.
Logistics & Transportation
This industry is focused on planning, management, and movement of people, materials, and goods by road, pipeline, air, rail, and water and related professional support services such as transportation infrastructure planning and management, logistics services, mobile equipment, and facility maintenance.
Construction/Trades
This industry is focused on careers in designing, planning, managing, building, and maintaining the built environment.
