Announcement: Paid Leave claim payments are currently delayed due to a LaborFirst system error. Once the issue is resolved all claimants affected by the delay will be paid when the next claim payments are distributed. This payment will include any missed payments.

We understand the importance of receiving timely payments and recognize the potential impact on you and your family. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to resolve this issue.

Announcement: The Division of Paid Leave is not charging penalties or interest on any 2025 quarterly PFML Hours & Wage submissions and contribution payments as long as they are submitted by March 31, 2026 (60 days after the normal due date for Q4 payments).
