We are currently updating our Paid Leave complaint form. While the form is unavailable for maintenance, you can email any complaints regarding Paid Leave to PFML@delaware.gov
In your email, please include:
– The Employer’s name, address, phone number, and email address (if known)
– The date and location of the incident
– Any other details about your complaint that you would like to include
– Please also tell us if you would like your complaint to be anonymous
We review all complaints as they are received and will respond to your complaint via email.
