Workforce Pell expands the existing Pell Grant program to include shorter, career-focused education and training that prepares students for high-skill, high-wage, and in-demand careers. It has its own unique eligibility requirements. Programs must be between 150 and 599 clock hours and last at least 8 but less than 15 weeks. It also includes a value-added earnings test to ensure programs deliver strong returns.
