About the Program

The program will provide up to $10,000 to individuals for approved non-credit certificate programs provided by the Delaware Workforce Development Board guidance of eligible programs.

Program Eligibility

Individuals are eligible for Elevate Delaware if they are employed by an employer with under 51 employees and are subject to Delaware income tax.

  • Employ < 51 employees
  • Accepted for enrollment in an eligible program
  • Pays DE Income Tax
