Before You Access LaborFirst the First Time

The State of Delaware takes seriously our role in protecting and securing the public’s information. To that end, the State has established policies and procedures for creating and validating your sign-in credentials. Before you can sign in to LaborFirst, you must complete following:

Did You Know?​

If you are a TPA with 10 or more employees in Delaware, you must participate in Paid Leave as an employer. You will need a different email address to register and sign in to LaborFirst as an employer.
