Our Mission

We provide individualized services to employers and people with disabilities, developing career pathways that link qualified employees to jobs, resulting in greater independence and a more inclusive workplace.

Good for everyone
  • Employees are rewarded with a worker who is responsible and creative-minded, influencing productivity and brand reputation.
  • The individual gains respect, dignity, and a connection with others.
  • Caregivers and advocates sense pride in their accomplishments.

All of which helps us grow and thrive.

Under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), the Governor of each State must submit a Unified or Combined State Plan to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Labor that outlines a four-year strategy for the State’s workforce development system. Read the Delaware PYS 2024-2027.

Modifications to the Combined State Plan must be made at least once every two years during the four-year plan period. This ensures that the plan remains relevant and responsive to changing conditions in the labor market. The proposed WIOA Partners Delaware State Modified Plan is currently under federal review and should be available shortly.

Funding for this program is provided by the U.S. Department of Education Federal Rehabilitation Services Administration grant.
