Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) offer students with disabilities an early start at career exploration and preparation for adult life. DVR works with students and their families, along with schools and community partners to support students with gaining knowledge. In addition, students take part in pre-employment experiences that help them to make informed decisions about their future.

Registration has now closed for our 2026 Summer Pre-ETS experience for students, ages 14 – 22. Registered students will have an opportunity to explore hands-on experiences focused on career exploration, work-based learning, workplace readiness, self-advocacy, and planning for future success.
