We offer a Visor Card to keep in your vehicle, and a Wallet Card to keep in a wallet/purse/bag/pocket. These cards are only available through our office. The Visor and Wallet cards are official documents approved through the Delaware Police Chief’s Council. Used for emergencies, each card indicates to police and other emergency personnel that the card holder is Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Clear instructions on the card help guide the interaction and situation for a positive outcome.
