Project SEARCH The Project SEARCH Transition-to-Work Program is an international unique, business-led program. It is a one-year employment skills development program that takes place entirely at the community business workplace. Total workplace immersion facilitates a seamless combination of classroom instruction, career exploration, and hands-on training through worksite rotations. The program culminates in job development with the goal of employment integrated in the community. Through the year training, the students are supported by a robust team with members of school, community providers and a DVR counselor.
